self-constructed scale stemming from [0, 3, 4, 7]

I just realised that the self-constructed scale C D Eb E F# G Ab Bb B actually comprise of 3 sets of [0, 3, 4, 7]! Alternatively, according to 陈静 and 陈建华, this nonachord is made up of a tetrachord with the juxtaposition of 1 major 2nd and 2 minor 2nd intervals (i.e. [0, 2, 3, 4] in set notation). From this, we can see 3 sets of [0, 2, 3, 4] in the scale ----> E-F#-G-Ab, Ab-Bb-B-C, C-D-Eb-E But maybe from this perspective, it is more difficult to see how thematic materials are drawn and utilized from the scale.
